So how do you begin the process of getting a real estate license in North Carolina? You must take a pass a 75 hour Pre-Licensing Course in order to sit for the State Exam.

The class will run Tuesday's and Thursday's from 8am to 4:30pm starting on February 16th and ending on March 24th. Cost of the class is $180.00 which does not include the book.
